He has spent his career building revenue organizations from the ground up, and fixing them when they break. At 25 he was the youngest sales manager in the history of TSR Wireless. By 27 he was general manager of Nextel's brand-new North Florida market: a true startup launch inside a major carrier, running at roughly 40% of budget. He rebuilt the sales organization, hired the managers, and by year two the market was number one in the country.

When wireless commoditized, he moved into software. Computer Associates taught him the enterprise game. At ADP he helped launch TotalChoice, one of the earliest true cloud payroll platforms, delivered over the internet around 2003. He later joined a Tampa payroll startup that was acquired, then Traq Wireless, a startup acquired by Tangoe, which subsequently went public.

At Workiva he walked in as the founding sales rep with zero customers and zero revenue. He made President's Club five years in a row. He was asked to stand up private company reporting, an area where no one had succeeded, and made it a core go-to-market motion for pre-IPO companies preparing for public markets. He later built the first financial services vertical for the mid-market. COVID hit hard. The team still hit quota that year, and the next year ranked among the top teams in the country.

At Smartsheet he stood up a new Global 2000 key accounts team. It failed hard. He knows exactly why, and those scars inform how he works with founders today. He then took over a small consulting practice at Alpha FMC, tripled the run rate in months, and broke quota.

Today, through Founders Ramp, he helps founders build the frontline sales management and GTM systems that survive first hires, real pipeline, and real growth, because he has done it from zero, failed at it, fixed it, and repeated it across wireless, SaaS, and enterprise software.
