Who helps B2B founders with founder-led sales?
Who I help
Founders who are still the main seller. Whether you have no sellers, one seller, or five.
What I work on
Five named pieces of work. We start in the one that is actually on fire.
- Sales Strategy. Who buys, why they would buy now, and what you stop chasing. A person with a problem and a reason this week. Not a logo list and a pitch deck.
- Sales Process. A repeatable motion that helps you find the right contacts, run a first call they can finish, and get a next step someone owns.
- Sales Management. How you lead your first hire and a sales team. Goals on one page. Inspect the work. Praise and correct the behavior, soon.
- Installing the team. Do not hire a sales VP to stand this up. That seat can be a half million to a million dollar mistake. Hire me. I find the first seller, run the interview, and install commission, training, and structure. Lower risk. The team gets built right.
- Deal & Call Coaching. One-on-one. We inspect a live deal and a recorded call together. What worked. What to change. Next step, owner, date.
How we start
You bring one issue or one deal that went quiet. We work it. After that we scope the piece of work that fits.
Why me
I've spent about 30 years in enterprise technology sales, launching new markets, building sales teams from zero, and running sales and operations at founder-led companies. I was on the Founding Sales Team at Workiva, starting from zero customers, and later stood up and ran the private company reporting team from pre-IPO through the public company.
